Various stages of the chemical and pharmaceutical processes generate dusts that need to be properly captured and filtered.

For example, these dusts can be derived from:

• the loading/dosing of powdered products into reactors/mixers; 
• unloading onto cooling belts with solidification; 
• bagging/packaging operations;
• static, fluid bed, spry and/ or turbo drying operations; 
• milling operations;
• etc.

It is particularly important to be aware of the explosion hazard posed by these dusts!
