SO.TEC's range of dust extraction equipment includes highly efficient solutions for industrial dust extraction.

MEP filter it's a dust extractor for small and medium-sized activities, equipped with special cassette filters for dust removal and collection of dust components. The system is modular according to requirements and can be enhanced by a full range of accessories.

Continuous and safe operation of the dedusting plant is a prerequisite for constant production.

MEP filter is a competitive industrial dust collector ready to meet various needs with both flexible installation and effective and safe filtration.

Compact with high performance

MEP filter is developed to provide maximum filtration efficiency with a very small footprint. The dust collector can thus be installed close to where the dust is generated. This means less energy consumption, less piping and ultimately lower installation cost.

Of course, the filter can also be installed outdoors. Maintenance can be carried out from floor level due to the compact construction, which often eliminates the need for walkways and other structures.

Filter characteristics

MEP filters can be produced with modules of 2, 4, 6 or 8 cassettes (15 to 88 m²) and with expandable capacities of up to 10.500 m³/h.
Integrated fans from 3kW to 18.5kW positioned above the filter.
High-efficiency, automatic, counterflow, compressed air cleaning system.
Wide range of filter fabrics. Wide range of accessories, including fans, support structures, walkways, valves, dust collection bins, silencers, protective elements for abrasive dusts and fast-closing inspection doors.
3 main types:
- Filter with open base flange for "silo type" connection
- Filter with hopper and flange
- Filter with hopper and collection bin.
Possibility of indoor and outdoor installation.

The MEP series filter is also produced in an ATEX certified version for dusts with an explosion hazard class rating of St-1, St-2 and St-3.
